Your views are both greatly appreciated and essential to ensuring the Association
serves the community to the best of our ability. We want to know what you think,
whether it is about us, our projects and services, what you want us to do or something
you wish to complain or let us know about.
We have five pages you can use to give us your views:
‘General Feedback’ - a form to give comments on the Association, it’s services and
it’s staff, volunteers and committee.
‘What Services You Want?’ - we value your opinion of what services we should be delivering
to the community. We rely on research to decide what we do.
‘Hate Crime & Discrimination’ - we want to know if you have suffered discrimination
of any kind. Past surveys have shown us that only a fraction of discrimination is
reported. It isn’t enough to persuade authorities to act. We need to know all cases
no matter how small.
‘Complain about....’ - is there something you want to complain about? Levels of council
tax, quality of public services, bus services, sexism, domestic abuse or anything
else. We want to know what the community thinks so we can better represent you.
‘Petitions and Surveys’ - occasionally we run petitions or surveys on something specific.
Check the page when you visit the site - you may want to add your name or respond
to something.
Information you give is treated in the strictest confidence and held securely. No
personal data is passed or sold to a third party and is used exclusively to improve
our services and support for the community.
